02What this website is for
zimplea.com is Zimplea’s website. It’s here to explain what we do, show work we’ve done and let you get in touch.
You can’t buy or sign anything here, and there are no published prices: we talk every project through with you first and quote it to measure. What we agree with you in writing is what counts for each project.
Using the website is free and you don’t need an account.
03How you can use it
Browse, read and share links to any page as you like. In return, we ask what any website would:
- Use it lawfully and in good faith.
- Don’t try to damage it, overload it or get into parts that aren’t public.
- Don’t copy its content and present it as your own.
04Who owns the content
The texts, design, code and the Zimplea brand (name and symbol) are ours. Please don’t copy, change or use them commercially without asking us in writing first. Short quotes and links to any page are welcome, as long as you say where they come from.
The typeface is Recursive, by Arrow Type, released under a free licence (SIL Open Font License 1.1).
The TransitCargo name and brand belong to their owner. They appear here with their permission, as one of our clients. The data shown in the ConTransit screenshots is sample data, not real records.
05Links to other websites
Some links take you to websites that aren’t ours, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency or Cal.com, where calls are booked. We don’t control what they publish or their terms: once you’re there, theirs apply.
If one of our links ever leads somewhere it shouldn’t, tell us and we’ll remove it.
06What we can’t guarantee
We work to keep what this website says accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or go out of date. If something looks wrong, write to us and we’ll fix it.
We try to keep the website running at all times, but it may go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We aren’t liable for damage caused by those outages or by other people misusing the website, except where the law doesn’t allow that to be excluded.
08Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If we ever disagree, we’ll first try to sort it out by talking to you. If that isn’t possible, the competent courts under the law will decide; if you’re a consumer, those where you live.
